Birthday Party Form

Please Contact the office if you would like to get more information, and schedule a birthday party.  We schedule parties on weekends when the gym is closed to offer you a private party experience. 

1. Please remember all children participating that are not current students need a waiver to be filled out and brought the day of the party.  

2. Only children participating are allowed out on the gymnastics equipment/ gym area.
