Designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastic skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere.

These classes are designed for children who are hoping to join our competitive team track. Children will develop their strength, flexibility, and character as they work on fine tuning their skills and progress toward competitive gymnastics.

Our comptetive team track is for those dedicated to competing in the sport of gymnastics. Individuals must be formally evaluated and invited to participate in this program and parent involvement and commitment to the program is expected.
